SACRAMENTO – A 32-year-old San Jose man on Tuesday pleaded guilty to conspiring to traffic methamphetamine in the North Bay, according to federal prosecutors.

Between September 2021 and March 2022, Esteban Gerardo Ramirez conspired with Marsha Garma Phillips, 46, of Fairfield, toRamirez supplied methamphetamine to Phillips, who sold more than five pounds of the drug to a “confidential source,” according to prosecutors. The pair was found with an additional two pounds when they were arrested in Fremont on March 8.
