Pence, who currently works as an analyst for NBC Sports Bay Area and Apple TV+, will be the first inductee to have his plaque unveiled during an on-field ceremony.
The San Francisco Giants will honor outfielder Hunter Pence on their Wall of Fame during a pregame ceremony at Oracle Park Saturday.
"I'm truly humbled by this honor," Pence said in a statement."To be included among people who I consider legends of the organization is surreal, and I'm overwhelmed with gratitude to even be considered."
