We'll be relatively warm this week, with patchy fog hanging around coastal communities. We're gearing up for the first round of monsoonal moisture with possible thunderstorms later in the week.
The marine layer will stay in place at night into early morning into next week, mostly likely keeping cooler conditions along the coast with highs in the mid to upper 60s.
This week we'll shift into a summery pattern. Monsoon flow strengthens will make an early entrance, with possible showers and thunderstorms over the mountains with higher humidity levels around the county. The chance for thunderstorms will be best over the mountains and deserts for most of the week, but the chances will greater late week with possible storms traveling west into our valleys.Follow ABC 10News Weather Anchor Moses Small on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
