The San Diego County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously Tuesday to accept $1 million in federal funds for child care providers.
SAN DIEGO —

The money"will lead to more affordable child care availability for parents looking for more options," Fletcher said, thanking Jacobs for her leadership on the issue. Jacobs -- who secured the $1 million through the Small Business Administration's annual funding bill -- said San Diego's child care system was in crisis before the COVID-19 pandemic.
