The San Diego County Fair is set to open gates fully on June 8 after three years of modified operations AND an ongoing lawsuit.
The public agency that operates the Del Mar Fairgrounds and the San Diego County Fair is facing a lawsuit related to two companies trying to win a bid over the fair’s midway food area. A judge denied a motion Tuesday for a stay from the fair, voiding the carnival ride operator’s contract.
