Cortez made an inside pass to Alex Visser, who drilled the layup that made it 64-63 with 22.2 seconds left, which was enough to overshadow the heroics of Kurt Reyson and keep the Knights winless in four games. Reyson knocked down a floater with 24.7 seconds remaining to put his team on top, but Kobe Monje committed a huge blunder after an errant pass to Paolo Javillonar dashed the hope for the Intramuros-based squad.
