San Antonio woman arrested near border for smuggling immigrants, DPS says

Isabel Franco, 22, was taken into custody by Kinney County Sheriff’s deputies and special agents with the Texas Department of Public Safety.

Franco was driving three men from Honduras from Kinney County to San Antonio, according to DPS Lt. Christopher Olivarez.
