The Baylor women's basketball team will face Miami, and the Tennessee men’s basketball team will compete against NC State in San Antonio.San Antonio will host a tripleheader for the 2023 Hall of Fame Series, owned and operated by Position Sports, at the AT&T Center on Saturday, Dec. 16. In conjunction with the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame, the Baylor women's basketball team will face Miami, and the Tennessee men’s basketball team will compete against North Carolina State.
This will be the first Hall of Fame college basketball event in the Alamo City. Both matchups, held in partnership with San Antonio Sports, will feature teams that participated in the NCAA Tournament last season. The Baylor women and Miami will meet for the first time since 2015, marking their third encounter overall.
N.C. State leads the all-time series against Tennessee 7-4. However, Tennessee emerged victorious in their last matchup 67-58 at the Battle 4 Atlantis in the Bahamas in 2017. Tickets for the event are scheduled to go on sale in July. The on-sale date, game times, fan experience information, credentials and television broadcast details will be announced at a later date.
