This San Antonio Spurs center recently bought a million-dollar home northwest of San Antonio.
San Antonio Spur s center Charles Bassey on April 16 paid an amount likely close to the $1.185 million asking price for a four-bedroom, 3,666-square-foot, contemporary-style house northwest of San Antonio in Texas ’ Hill Country. The Spurs signed the 6-foot-10-inch center last year to a four-year $10.2 million contract, but Bassey then ruptured the anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee in December, which ended his season.
59-acre corner lot inside a gated development, the house has 3-1/2 bathrooms, a game room and a kitchen with an induction cooktop, Bosch double ovens and a coffee maker. Other features include a primary bedroom suite with custom closets and oversized vanities. “After touring multiple homes, this particular home met the majority of requirements,” Allan Daly of Next Space Realty, who represented Bassey, told the Express-News.
