San Antonio police officers were dispatched just before 2 a.m. Sunday to Children’s Hospital of San Antonio for a report of an apparent sudden death, according to an affidavit supporting Baker’s arrest. Officers were told that a baby boy was unresponsive when he was brought to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
