Assistance will only be provided once over a 12-month period as long as funds are available. You have until June 5 to apply for funds to help pay your bill. Who qualifies for help? There are several eligibility requirements outlined on the city website. Applicants must have been financially impacted by COVID-19, cannot have received rental assistance from another agency in the same period, and must fall within certain income requirements.Last week the City Council accepted a $5.2 million grant from the U.S. Department of the Treasury that brought the city's total fiscal year 2023 rental assistance budget to about $18.5 million.
