The charges stem from a vehicle collision the weekend before in which Perry, 67, is accused of crashing his black Jeep Wrangler into a Honda Civic at the intersection of Jones Maltsberger and Redland roads just after 9 p.m. and then fleeing.On the night of the incident, police went to Perry’s home after a witness followed him there and returned to the site of the accident to tell authorities the address.
