Samsung Launches New, Slimmer 25W Super Fast Charger with GaN

According to Samsung, the new charger consumes just 5mW in an idle state, compared to 20mW of the older model. This means that the new charger will waste less power when it is not in use.

The new 25W Fast Charger is currently only available in South Korea, but Samsung is expected to launch it in other markets soon. It is priced at KRW 25,300 for the charger alone, or KRW 33,000 for the charger with a bundled USB Type-C to USB Type-C charging cable.
