Samsung is reportedly working on a more affordable foldable smartphone, called the Galaxy Z Flip FE. This device is expected to launch this year and feature a 6.7-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate, similar to the Galaxy Z Flip 6. It's also rumored to be powered by Samsung's Exynos 2500 chipset.

However, it seems like Samsung is planning to get even more customers onto its foldable bandwagon by introducing a more affordable foldable smartphone. This device will essentially be a cheaper Galaxy Z Flip device and is rumoured to be called the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip FE.Expected to be launched this year, the Galaxy Z Flip FE is said to sport the Galaxy Z Flip 6’s display, according to Display Supply Chain Consultants CEO Ross Young.
If this claim turns out to be true, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip FE will feature a 6.7-inch Full HD+ LTPO AMOLED display with a resolution of 2640 x 1080 pixels, and an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120Hz when fully open. This panel also has a peak brightness of 2,600 nits.Besides its display, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip FE is said to be fitted with Samsung’s Exynos 2500 chip under its hood.
