We can expect the Galaxy Ring to have a suite of “leading” sensors, but the company did not elaborate on what sensors will be on board.
Heart rate monitoring should also be present as it is part of the device’s sleep-tracking function. Data collected for sleep tracking includes heart rate, sleep latency and movements in the night. One function that may come with the ring is tracking sleep apnea, which is one of the causes of snoring.The Galaxy Ring will help track data for a new health metric Samsung is adding to the Samsung Health app soon called.
For those looking to start a family, the Galaxy Ring will also track fertility in partnership with the Natural Cycles birth control app. Samsung said that the Ring should work in tandem with the Galaxy Watch for a seamless health-tracking system.that the ring should have a battery life of more than two days, but did not commit to any firm numbers. To coordinate with outfits, the Ring will come in three colours – platinum silver, ceramic black, and gold.
