Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I., Tammy Baldwin, D-Wis., then-Sen. Tom Udall, D-N.M., Jeanne Shaheen, D-N.H., Ed Markey, D-Mass., and then-Sen.
