Salma Hayek Had the Best Response to a Troll Who Said She Has 'Too Much Botox'

The rude comment was left on a makeup-free selfie.

Hayek returned to the beach for another selfie on Tuesday, February 19, and as is to be expected, she looked absolutely stunning in the photo she posted to Instagram. Shot from below — you know, the angle that's no one's best except Salma Hayek's, apparently — she looks serenely happy with the wind in her hair and not a stitch of makeup on her face. But one opinionated fan had to take it to a negative place with an unsolicited comment.

Although she had every right to totally ignore the comment, Hayek handled the presumptuousness with her special combination of grace and humor. Replying directly to the commenter, she wrote, "I don’t have Botox But thank you for the advice because I was thinking maybe it’s time." And whether it is or isn't time isn't up for debate. Hayek may or may not be kidding about whether or not she's considering Botox, but if she really is, she has no obligation to report back to her fans. And whether or not she gets it, we have a feeling she'll continue to look incredible in her future makeup-free selfies.
