KOTA KINABALU: Public safety will continue to be strengthened in Sabah to ensure the people can prosper by carrying out economic and social activities in peace, says Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor.
The Chief Minister said public safety will not only bring about a safer environment but will also increase the confidence of foreign companies to invest in the state.
He said they were faced with challenging circumstances in their respective fields and had braved these obstacles, putting their own safety at risk to carry out their duties. He hoped that presentation ceremonies like the one on Thursday would increase the public’s awareness of the contributions by security personnel and health workers to the state and nation.
