Sabah should get 40% of exit tax, says Kitingan

SABAH should get two-fifths of the departure tax the federal Transport Ministry collects in the state, said Sabah opposition chief Dr Jeffrey Kitingan today. He said Sabah is entitled to 40% of the revenue from the new tax regimen, as stipulated under item 2 of the Tenth Schedule of the federal constitution.
