Sabah keeps up oil royalty hopes despite budget constraints

Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng said earlier this month that “legacy issues” from the previous government were preventing the implementation of oil royalty promises to Sabah and Sarawak made in the Pakatan Harapan manifesto.
