Phoong Jin Zhe says the government is relinquishing its responsibilities by not having a state health minister.
“Today, Chief Minister Hajiji Noor abolished the ministry. Who will be taking care of health affairs and reporting to the public regarding the Covid-19 outbreak? He said the line-up lacked representation from the youth, women as well as leaders of the Chinese community. He was also upset over the average age of the Cabinet line-up which was above 60. “How will it be able to listen to the concerns of the youths?”
