South Africans took to social media to celebrate the Proteas and Springboks beating England in both the Cricket and Rugby World Cups on Saturday, 21 October.
The Proteas dethroned the world champions England by a record 229 runs at the celestial Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai before the Springboks beat England 16-15 in the semi-finals of the 2023 Rugby World Cup.rallied behind the Boks and stated: “Over to you, Bokke, the Proteas got the job done in Cricket World Cup clash against England.”
