Alan Maas, spokesman for one of the three striking unions, the AAUP-AFT, confirmed that negotiations will continue today, with a team from the unions meeting with the governor and university officials. While university president Jonathan Holloway last night said there were only a few outstanding issues in the negotiations, AAUP-AFT president Rebecca Givan said unions need the contract to address their lowest-paid members.
