Lee Hsien Yang, the youngest child of founding prime minister Lee Kuan Yew, said he will be applying to demolish the house at 38 Oxley Road to build a small private dwelling.
The annual ceremony at the Western Road Cemetery here on Tuesday was special this year, graced by representatives from the Russia n Navy's Pacific fleet.The ceremony included prayers and the laying of flowers at the monument.
