Attacks on the Ukrainian port city come a day after Moscow and Kyiv struck a deal allowing grain exports to resume in a bid to ease global food crisis
Serhii Bratchuk, a spokesman for the Odessa military administration, said two missiles hit the infrastructure of the port and two were shot down by Ukraine's air defense. At least six explosions were heard in Odesa, according to Ukrainian member of parliament Oleksiy Goncharenko.
Brink, called the Russian missile strike on the Ukrainian port city of Odesa"outrageous," saying the Kremlin continues to"weaponize" food and must be held to account. The EU's High Representative for Foreign Affairs Josep Borrell said the bloc"strongly condemns" the attack.
