PETALING JAYA: Those who test positive for Covid-19 are no longer required to report their status on the MySejahtera application, the health ministry said today.

Yesterday, health minister Dzulkefly Ahmad told the Dewan Rakyat that Covid-19 patients would no longer be required to undergo home quarantine. Those who test positive will be treated like patients with any other respiratory infections.Today, he said Malaysia has seen a significant decline in Covid-19 cases, dropping by 77.9% from 17,256 cases to 3,810 cases so far this year. There have been no deaths from Covid-19.
