'I did four months of Dancing with the Stars, training, intensely, seven days a week for four months straight... and not one injury,' she said
RTÉ star Laura Fox was left baffled after revealing she put her back out while “taking off her jacket too quickly”.
She told her Instagram followers: “I did four months of Dancing with the Stars, training, intensely, seven days a week for four months straight.“And not one injury. And then I took my jacket off too quickly right before I went on air on Saturday morning and I put my whole fu**ing back out. “I literally took my coat off too fast and I was like, ‘ooooh, it felt like I was being stabbed in the back, so much so actually, that if you were listening to the show on Saturday you would have noticed it.
“I was like, ‘put on some music’. Anyways I’m just back from the physio, Brian had to bring me today because I literally couldn't move. And she said that my back is in complete spasm, and there's like a disc pushing on a nerve or something.”
