The RTÉ Nine O’Clock news presenter lodged two cases in the High Court on Monday, which are understood to relate to claims he was defamed over the use of a photo of him in an article published on Evoke.ie. The case listed Sybil Mulcahy, DMG’s head of content for female brands, as a co-defendant, as well as Microsoft website MSN, which publishes links to news stories from other publications.Renters, homeowners, landlords: Who did best out of Budget 2024?Mr Kennedy, who is represented by Lennox & Co Solicitors, said he could not comment on the matter when contacted.
