Rozita Ibrahim, the founder of JRM Holistik and several other businesses, recently held a company annual dinner where she showered her employees with luxurious gifts. A TikTok user, Kaktiii @kaktiii01, who is believed to be one of Rozita's employees, shared a video of the event. The video showed the best employees receiving lavish rewards such as bungalows worth RM800k, VVIP haji and umrah trips, luxurious furniture sets, holiday getaways, cars, handbags, and more.
Kaktiii described it as the 'most havoc dinner' in four years at the company, adding that the rewards were in addition to their bonuses. Rozita, also known as Bonda to her fans, posted about the event on her Instagram, expressing her gratitude for her strong staff support. She highlighted the importance of her employees in the company's growth and success. Rozita also participated in a comedic skit and danced with her staff during the dinner.
