: Peguam Rosli Dahlan gagal memperoleh kebenaran Mahkamah Tinggi untuk memulakan prosiding semakan kehakiman bagi mencabar perintah sitaan oleh polis dan kerajaan ke atas empat akaun Amanah Saham Nasional Bhd berhubung dakwaan pengubahan wang haram.
“Tiada bukti di hadapan saya bahawa siasatan itu telah selesai. Pemohon meminta mahkamah ini untuk mengetepikan perintah sitaan itu meskipun proses siasatan belum selesai. Saya berpandangan bahawa pada peringkat ini, mahkamah tidak boleh campur tangan,“ katanya. “Justeru itu, permohonan untuk kebenaran bagi memulakan semakan kehakiman ditolak. Memandangkan kes ini adalah untuk kepentingan awam maka saya tidak membuat sebarang perintah mengenai kos,“ katanya.
