The cause of death of cinema legend Carl Weathers (Rocky, Predator) has been confirmed following his passing last week at the age of 76.
They described him as “an exceptional human being who lived an extraordinary life” and a “beloved brother, father, grandfather, partner, and friend”.
“Arteriosclerosis occurs when the blood vessels that carry oxygen and nutrients from the heart to the rest of the body become thick and stiff – sometimes restricting blood flow to the organs and tissues," it states.It is also “the buildup of fats, cholesterol and other substances in and on the artery walls. This buildup is called plaque”
