SHAH ALAM: Civil servants under Grade 56 and below, who are actively involved in handling Selangor's Covid-19 operations, will receive one-off RM1,000 Hari Raya payments.
In announcing this on Friday , Selangor Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari said the payment was a show of appreciation for their efforts in battling the pandemic.
“The one-off RM1,000 contribution is a token of appreciation to all the frontliners as well as those who work at the Covid-19 operation rooms," said Amirudin. Also receiving the one-off RM1,000 Hari Raya payments are village community management council chairmen of the state’s 371 traditional villages.
