Thomas is a little undersized but definitely has great leadership qualities, he can operate an offense well and he's also the ringleader of's class not only with Concepcion but also with other wide receivers in the area that he's trying to get to join the Wolfpack.
Concepcion is one of those players and it was huge for NC State when it won out for the Charlotte Chambers four-star receiver over North Carolina in August. That connection with Thomas is going to pay off in Raleigh and while Concepcion is the only listed receiver commit for NC State right now, there could be more coming down the road.
