RTS game riseofkingdoms has teamed up with pawnstars icons Rick and Corey Harrison to promote a new update based around Ancient Egypt. Check out the exclusive video here!

The beloved Pawn Stars crew has teamed up with Rise of Kingdoms to advertise the mobile RTS title's new Ancient Egypt update. Developed by Lilith Games, the real-time strategy game lets players pick between various lost civilizations and battle for supremacy in fast-paced conflicts. Now an unlikely partnership between Rise of Kingdoms and the reality show Pawn Stars helps introduce the real-time strategy game's newest faction.

The RTS genre combines the tactical approach of strategy games with the intensity of real-time combat. In contrast to turn-based strategy games, where each player moves and attacks one at a time, RTS games let each player act whenever and however they wish. The genre typically tasks players will conquering and controlling specific parts of a map, which gains them resources over time.

Like Rise of Kingdoms, the RTS Warcraft clone Purple War will let players choose between a variety of factions and create intense real-time strategy experiences. While the groups in Rise of Kingdoms are inspired by real cultures, including Vikings and Ancient Egyptians, the factions in Purple War conform to typical fantasy archetypes. In the game players can choose to control dwarves, elves or humans as they build an empire to challenge the other races.

A collaboration with Pawns Stars is the perfect way to bring a new ancient civilization into Rise of Kingdoms. Rick and Corey Harrison are experts at analyzing forgotten artifacts, and now players can embrace ancient history by entering RTS combat as Cleopatra or Imhotep. Rick's Team Egypt successfully won the Rise of Kingdoms challenge, bringing fortune to the Pawn Stars crew and the game's new faction.
