(Reuters) - Thanasi Kokkinakis and Nick Kyrgios will team up for doubles at next month's Australian Open, and the entertaining local duo is aiming to dazzle crowds at the Grand Slam again.
KUALA LUMPUR: The ringgit closed lower against the US dollar for the fifth consecutive day on Friday amid mounting cautious sentiment ahead of the Federal Open Market Committee’s meeting on Dec 17-18.
Bank Muamalat Malaysia Bhd chief economist Mohd Afzanizam Abdul Rashid pointed out the possibility of the US Federal Reserve cutting interest rates next week. Mohd Afzanizam said other central banks, such as the European Central Bank and the Swiss National Bank , have also cut their interest rate, with the ECB being seen to be inclined to cut the policy rates further.
