This New Year's Eve , Kuala Lumpur 's most happening spot is pulling out all the stops with a star-studded celebration that combines electrifying live performances, dining delights, late-night shopping, and a spectacular fireworks and laser show. The party will be happening from 5pm to 1am, but gates open at 4.30pm.
