SAN JUAN, Batangas – A 35-year-old rider was gunned down in front of a restaurant on the national highway in Barangay Buhay na Sapat, this municipality, on Monday morning, September 11.
Investigation said that the victim was onboard his motorcycle and stopped by in front of a restaurant.The suspects fled and Punzalan was taken to a hospital here where he was declared dead due to bullet wounds.
