Asked by Judge Miriam Walsh to repeat what Satchwell’s response was, Det Gda Kelleher said the accused stated "guilty or not guilty" and then the word "guilty".The accused has not yet been asked to indicate a plea in this case nor has he yet applied for bail.Mr Burke asked the court if his client could be transferred to Cork Prison but the judge said this was not within her remit.
