Retable equal status bill? Only if there’s a need, says Dr Mahathir

DR Mahathir Mohamad said the retabling of the bill to restore Sabah and Sarawak’s status as equal partners to the peninsula depends on whether there is a need for it. “Retable the bill? Perhaps later. We will discuss this matter with MPs,” he told reporters at the Parliament lobby today. Effective July 2018, access to full reports will only be available with a subscription.
