She is also offering stuffed mackerel at RM4.50 each, down from RM10 to RM12. This promotion aims to celebrate customers and make her menu more affordable. The restaurant is open daily from 9am to 4pm, except Tuesdays.
ALOR SETAR: Seorang pemilik restoran di Kampung Jalan Langgar di sini menjual hidangan kari kepala ikan cuma pada harga RM5 berbanding RM18 kebiasaan, sepanjang cuti sekolah ini.
Pemilik Restoran Teruna Ikan Bakar, Mazura Jaafar, 45, selain menu itu cencaru sumbat juga dijual pada harga RM4.50 seekor berbanding RM10 hingga RM12 sebelum ini. “Tujuan kami untuk meraikan pelanggan terutama pada cuti persekolahan ini. Semua boleh datang ke sini untuk menikmati menu tersebut dengan harga lebih murah daripada asal.
“Alhamdulillah, sambutan sangat menggalakkan daripada pelanggan setiap hari sepanjang cuti persekolahan ini,” katanya ketika ditemui Utusan Malaysia. Mazura memberitahu, beliau memperkenalkan harga murah itu sejak tahun lalu dan mendapat sambutan menggalakkan.“Memang untung tidak banyak kerana bahan mentah mahal sekarang seperti ikan cencaru yang naik dua kali ganda tahun ini berbanding tahun lalu. Terdapat lebih 50 jenis masakan, di samping menu harga murah tersebut,” katanya. – UTUSAN
