Police have not provided any suspect information in either killing.

Police said Chesley Patterson, 44, was shot around midnight in the 1700 block of Eastern Ave. He was taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital by medics and pronounced dead a short time later, police said. “The La Scala family was devastated last night by the senseless violence that claimed the life of our beloved friend and General Manager,” said a post on the restaurant’s Facebook page Monday.
