WSG Group managing director Datuk Susan Wong Siew Guen is pleased that the State Government is studying the feasibility of relocating Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA) to Kimanis.
PAPAR: WSG Group managing director Datuk Susan Wong Siew Guen is pleased that the State Government is studying the feasibility of relocating Kota Kinabalu International Airport to Kimanis. “If the KKIA is moved to Kimanis, the property value in Papar, including Benoni, will soar,” she said, referring to a report that Sabah is studying whether to relocate KKIA to Kimanis.
Built-up area of the intermediate and corner units are 2,460 sq ft and 3,420 sq ft respectively. Aside from the spacious layout, the 20 feet width car porch area can park up to three cars, she added. Both Parklane City and Parklane Villa are under 999-year lease. Susan said Servay Hypermarket, 10 Star Cinemas, McDonald’s drive-thru and financial institutions are going to establish their outlets in Parklane City.
