Oluremi Tinubu, the first lady, has paid a condolence visit to Turai Yar’Adua, wife of the late president Umaru Musa Yar’Adua,following the death of her mother-in-law, Dada Yar’Adua.

Tinubu praised the late matriarch of the Yar’Adua family, noting that she lived a fulfilled life, as reflected in the quality of her children.She urged the former first lady to remain strong, adding that the responsibility of continuing the family’s legacy now rests on her shoulders. “A truly successful and fulfilled woman is not in the position she holds or wealth but how well she managed the family, trained the children, and left a legacy for future generations,” the statement reads.“Dada achieved all of this. She saw her grandchildren, great-grandchildren. That is truly great.
Nana Shettima, wife of the vice-president also prayed for the soul of the deceased and strength for the family and the nation.
