The report cited instances of derogatory language toward Hindus and noted stalled implementation of minority faith textbooks approved in 2023, due to a lack of trained teachers and low minority student numbers.

Christian parent Romail Rajis said the curriculum makes minority children feel excluded, calling for equal respect and inclusion. Religious minorities make up less than four per cent of Pakistan’s population.
