The center will provide fentanyl test strips, used to test drugs for the deadly compound, and naloxone kits, which can reverse overdoses. Mayor Eric Adams also endorsed the program, saying in a statement: “This program and the newly opened re-entry center underscore this administration’s commitment to helping vulnerable New Yorkers rebuild their lives after incarceration, and will help build a safer city for all.”eliminated
