The Redmi Pad Pro was released in China a month ago, but today, Xiaomi Malaysia confirmed that this tablet is now available here. With three colour options to choose from - Graphite Gray, Mint Green, and Ocean Blue - the Redmi Pad Pro's starting price is RM1,099.
For your information, the RM1099 price tag is for the 6GB + 128GB model whereas the 8GB + 256GB model is priced at RM1,499. The Redmi Pad Pro can be purchased at any Authorized Xiaomi store, or online at mi.com and official Xiaomi stores on Shopee and Lazada. Also, customers can enjoy exclusive early bird promotions and a free Redmi Pad Pro Keyboard with any purchase of Redmi Pad Pro, while stocks last until 7 July 2024.
To recap the tech specs, the Redmi Pad Pro features a 12.1-inch 144Hz display with a 16:10 aspect ratio and 2.5K resolution at 249ppi. It also has Dolby Atmos audio support and runs on Xiaomi HyperOS. Additionally, the tablet is also powered by a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset and a 10,000mAh battery pack with 33W fast charging technology.
It's also worth noting that the Redmi Pad Pro is the first Redmi tablet to support the Redmi Pad Pro Smart Keyboard and Redmi Smart Pen. The stylus comes with 4096-level pressure sensitivity, a 240Hz sampling rate, and an 80mAh battery that provides up to 12 hours of writing time on a single charge. Meanwhile, the Redmi Pad Pro Smart Keyboard offers a 1.3mm key travel distance and 19mm key pitch, as well as an added pen holder for the Redmi Smart Pen.
