Save the date, Filipino ReVeluvs! K-pop girl group Red Velvet (RVsmtown) is returning to Manila for a concert on May 7.
The group announced on Monday that they will hold their first solo show in the country, which will be the third stop in their “Red Velvet 4th Concert: R to V” world tour.SM Entertainment’s five-member girl group last went to Manila in July last year to headline the advocacy concert “Be You: The World Will Adjust” at the Mall of Asia Arena, which also featured local artists.
Prior to that, Red Velvet performed for Filipino fans in June 2019 at the “K-POP World Music Festival,” which was also held at the MOA Arena, and at the"Best of Best in the Philippines" concert at the Philippine Arena in Bulacan in April 2015. Red Velvet is composed of members Irene, Seulgi, Wendi, Joy, and Yeri. The group, which debuted in August 2014, is known for their hit songs “Bad Boy,” “Psycho,” “Queendom,” and “Russian Roulette," among others.
Their “R to V” tour also includes Singapore, Yokohama, Bangkok, Jakarta, Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, and London.
