Decide what colour you want the front of your owl to be and paint a piece of newspaper that colour.For the owl’s ears, bend in the top portion of the paper roll on each side. Bend just a little bit from the top or the paper roll may fold in too much.Cut out an oval shape from your newspaper and glue it to the front of the paper roll. Trim off the bottom if needed.For the eyes, trace 2 circles using the end of a small glue stick or another similar circle shape on the white cardstock.
Glue the eyes to the top of the paper roll, and then add a small dot with the black marker.For the beak, fold over a small piece of orange cardstock. Draw a small triangle shape right at the fold you made, and then cut it out. Glue this under the eyes.For the wings, draw a wing shape on a piece of cardboard and cut it out. Then use that shape to draw another one and cut that out as well. Glue the wings on both sides of the owl.Bzzzzzz . . .
