A record 189 Chinese tourists arrived in Manila on Tuesday, airport authorities reported.
RECORD CHINESE TOURIST ARRIVALS. Officials of the Department of Tourism led by Secretary Cristina Frasco, joined by Chinese Ambassador to Manila Huang Xilian, welcome some 200 Chinese nationals from Xiamen City at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. “They were subjected to the arrival guidelines of Immigration for foreign nationals. What’s the protocol for other nationalities, the same will be applied to them,” a NAIA information officer said.
