On 5 June 2024, realme Malaysia will launch a new realme C63 phone. It is marketed as the "Most iPhone Lookalike Smartphone" and there isn't much information about it but here's what we know so far.
True enough to the marketing, the C63's design does resemble the iPhone Pro lineup with its identical triple rear camera module. We don't know the triple rear camera's specifications, but the C63 does support a 45W fast charging technology. In addition, realme C63 got the segment-only TÜV Rheinland Safe Fast-Charge System Certification.
realme Malaysia said the C63 offers two types of textures, one of them being premium vegan leather with a Coarse Lychee pattern running across it and is stain-resistant as well. It also comes with a Magic Glowing Design option which brings a shimmering effect and AI features such as Air Gestures and Rainwater Smart Touch that were previously exclusive to the realme numbers and GT series.
realme C63’s predecessor, realme C53, was one of realme’s all-time best-sellers. It was Google’s 2023 Top 10 Most Searched Tech Gadgets where realme C53 secured the top three spot. Since 2018, the realme C-series smartphone has sold over 2.1 million units in Malaysia.
